Yesterday my wife and I came into your shop in Woodbridge with what we thought was a problem with a previous repair job. As it turned out, there was not that much required to repair the damage, and after you replaced several fasteners, everything appears to be serviceable, if not exactly like new. Even though the work was not extensive, it did not escape our notice that you and some of your crew stayed past closing time to send us on our way as satisfied customers and without charge. I'm writing this letter not only to commend the work done on my vehicle but also to recognize one of your employees Tony Ladia. I'm a very demanding customer who could break the patience of a saint with my numerous requests and scrutinizing of every detail, but Mr. Ladia handled each question or request in a friendly and professional manner. Dealing with various businesses on a regular basis, I know it's very rare to find someone who can both look after the best interest of a business but at the same time make the customer feel like they're being fairly treated - with the bonus of ensuring the customers satisfied with the work performed. Mr. Ladia possesses that rare juggling quality, and my dealings with him will not only make me a repeat customer but one who will also recommend our shop for any auto body work.
