Repair Cycle:

Assess damage and write estimate

Customer OK’s estimate

Vehicle torn down and parts ordered

Re-inspect if additional damage found (90% of delays due to re-inspections and parts)

Issue revised estimate if necessary and order additional parts

Proceed with repairs

Paint (prep, prime, blocking, paint, denib (i.e. dust removal) and buffing)

Reassemble car and perform clean up items (i.e. reset sensors, alignment, engine light)

Detail and test drive

Delivery to customer
